You will act as the trusted advisor for our partners, helping them optimize pricing, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance on the ParkMundo platform. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, you will ensure that our partners achieve measurable business results while contributing to ParkMundo's continued expansion.

Partner Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new parking operators throughout the DACH region.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Manage the complete onboarding process from signed agreement to successful launch.
- Represent ParkMundo at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetings.
Partner Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of parking operators.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure partners are successfully onboarded and realize value quickly.
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks to partner satisfaction and retention and take corrective action where needed.
- Act as the voice of the partner internally by sharing feedback and advocating for improvements.
Revenue Growth & Portfolio Optimization
- Analyze partner performance using data and market insights.
- Provide recommendations on pricing, inventory allocation, occupancy optimization, and revenue management.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner bookings, revenue, and market share.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners on joint growth plans and promotional initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor partner performance, service quality, and compliance with platform standards.
- Conduct periodic site visits to strengthen relationships and assess operational quality.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and partner documentation.
- Track KPIs related to partner performance, retention, and growth.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, and customer behaviour.
- Identify emerging opportunities and threats within the DACH market.
- Provide market feedback to Supply, Product and Marketing teams.
