Marketing & Content Intern

Your responsibilities will include:

Write and optimise website and email content
Support customer service by analysing and responding to support requests
Improve FAQs, help centre content and service flows
Support marketing and communication projects

Profile requirements:

Bachelor’s student in Marketing, Communication, Creative Business or a related field
Strong writing and communication skills
Analytical, customer-focused and proactive
Interest in online platforms and international customers

Additional information

As a Marketing & Content Intern, you will work on improving content and customer communication across the entire customer journey. You will combine creative work with analysis and process improvement, directly impacting the customer experience. There are various research topics that can be formulated in consultation with the student, tailored to their programme/competencies and areas of interest.
