Your responsibilities will include:
You will be part of a small, agile team and responsible for driving sales and managing business relationships for car parks in the DACH region. This role is a combination of Sales Management and Partnership Management, requiring a proactive, independent, and strategic mindset.
Sales
Swift follow up and onboarding of incoming leads in the best conditions.
Identifying, contacting and signing new potential parking or B2B partners in the DACH area.
Negotiating contracts, finalizing agreements and onboarding of new partners.
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
Identifying and seizing opportunities for upsells of products and services.
Organizing and maintaining a clear record of sales-related activities and documentation.
Partner relationships
Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with parking providers and partners.
Acting as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth bilateral communication and support.
Conducting regular follow-ups, pricing guidance, and capacity assessments with partners.
Identifying and seizing opportunities for growth in the existing partner portfolio.
Occasionally visiting parking providers onsite to ensure compliance, strengthen relationships and understand operational dynamics.
Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure both customer and partner satisfaction, as well as a fast conflict resolution.
Profile requirements:
Fluency in German is required, with native-level proficiency strongly preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.
Ability to build and nurture long-lasting business relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within a small team.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner visits.
Valid driver’s license required.
